I currently have limited time-slots available, but do offer times at weekends and evenings to fit in with when is most convenient for you. Consultations are face-to-face, or can be conducted online where you connect from the comfort of your own home.
The first two sessions are usually combined, as the first session is for us to get to know each other and work out a tailored plan on how best I can help you with the change you want.
The third session is a week later – as we tend to live our lives in weekly cycles – and this is where we evaluate where you are in the change process, then do whatever further work is needed. The final session is also a week later, and is where we consolidate the change work done so far.
If you engage with the program, you can expect to see positive changes following our first two sessions together.
